RLCC is a charitable non-governmental
foundation, organized by Dr. M. Al-Kamel in April 2013 under the Civil Law of
Yemen, by approval and collaborative efforts from the International Society of
Dermatology (ISD), the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) with constant
support of the ISD’s Community Dermatology Task Force member; the visiting
dermatologist Dr. Luitgard Wiest (Germany).
